Changes are happening to the Apple Cash Terms and Conditions, with Green Dot Bank requiring users to identify themselves to reload balances starting November 9. Apple Cash Apple Cash users are starting to receive emails from Apple about a few changes happening to the service. The changes are being prompted by Green Dot Bank, the financial partner for Apple Cash, with the email pointing to the three biggest changes to the fine print. The first change is that, from November 9, Green Dot Bank will start requiring users verify their identity, if they want to reload their Apple Cash balance.
