It's effectively a fact of American business. The latest shuffle is a slight reorganization, with mergers and acquisitions moving to a new person. According to a report on Thursday by Bloomberg , Steve Smith is Apple's new M&A head. Smith was formerly Apple's Senior Director of Corporate Development. Formerly, Adrian Perica held that responsibility, as part of his overall role which incorporates Services management.
