Second developer betas of iOS 27.2, macOS 27.2 are out now

Apple is now on the second round of its developer betas for iOS 27.2 , iPadOS 27.2, tvOS 27.2, visionOS 27.2, watchOS 27.2, and macOS 27.2. iOS 27 on an iPhone The second post-milestone release developer beta is here. After the first developer builds of iOS 27.2, iPadOS 27.2, macOS 27.2 Golden Gate, watchOS 27.2, visionOS 27.,2 and tvOS 27.2 landed on September 16 , Apple is now on the second round of the generation. Normally, you would expect that the first updates will be for the 27.1 versions, as a point-1 release usually follows the milestone ones. However, since the iOS 27.1 build is made with iPhone Duo elements in mind, that version is being skipped for the non-foldable iPhone models, hence 27.2. Apple's newest hardware is off to a rocky start, with Neural Engine timeouts crashing Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 models as a smaller group of iPhone 18 Pro owners reports Face ID-related kernel panics. iPhone 18 Pro The new watches reached customers on September 18. Within hours, owners began describing sudden restarts that displayed the Apple logo before returning them to the watchOS interface. Some Apple Watch devices restarted while their owners used Siri AI, edited watch faces, opened Maps or the App Store , made calls, and recorded workouts.
